Notice of Claimed Infringement

As stated in Title 17, Section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, any notice of alleged infringement must be submitted in writing. In order to be effective, this notice must include the following:

- Identification of the copyrighted work that is claimed to be infringed, or if multiple works are claimed to be infringed, a representative list of those works.

- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing upon intellectual property rights and the specific location of the material, including the URL of the web page(s) where the material is located.

- Information that enables us to contact you, including your name, postal address, telephone number, and s valid email address, if the latter is applicable.

- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the copyrighted material is being used without the consent of the copyright holder, or an agent thereof, or the law.

- A statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent for the copyright owner and that all information in your written notice is accurate.

- Your signature, either physical or electronic, or the signature of an individual authorized to act on your behalf.

Please be aware that any DMCA notification that does not contain all of the information detailed in the above list will be considered invalid and will not receive a response.

Abuse Notification

If you submit an infringement notification in which the facts are misrepresented, you are liable for damages under the law (see Section 512(f) of the DMCA). To ensure there are no legal consequences, do not falsify copyright infringement claims.

Take Down Procedure

The site reserves the right to remove or disable access to any material on the site deemed to be an infringement of copyright, and will abide by its policy to terminate the account of repeat infringers. The site will act immediately to disable access to any infringing material in conformity with the procedure set down in 17 U.S.C. §512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Modification of Policy

We may make modifications to this policy in the future. Users are asked to remain up to date on any revisions or additions to this policy by checking back regularly.
